The Records & Grading
What condition are the records in? The vast majority of our stock is graded VG (Very Good) or better, both for the vinyl and the sleeve.
The Vinyl: We prioritize the sound. We check every disc to ensure it plays through with that warm, clear vintage sound. No skips, no heavy scratches that ruin the music.
The Sleeves (History over Perfection): Most of our covers are graded VG or above. However, we do not bin history. Occasionally, we include an incredible early pressing or a valuable album where the sleeve drops below VG (showing heavier wear, edge splits, or writing). We believe these records deserve to be treasured, not discarded. In these rare cases, the vinyl itself will always meet our VG playing standards.
Do you clean the records? Yes. Every LP is visually inspected and hand-cleaned before it goes into your box to ensure the best possible playback.
The Mystery Boxes:
What is the difference between the boxes? Every box comes with 4 records, but the titles and exclusive merch vary by tier:
The Collector’s Cut (£45)
The Music: 2 Headliner Picks + 1 Main Stage Select + 1 Heritage Title. Expect deep cuts, rarities, or highly collectible artists.
The Swag: Includes premium Cap, plus two collectables from the golden age of music and pop culture.
The Headliner (£35)
The Music: 2 Main Stage Selects + 2 Heritage Titles. Iconic albums and household names everyone loves.
The Swag: Comes with a Premium Tote Bag and a collectable from the golden age of music and pop culture.
The Backstage Pass (£25)
The Music: 3 Heritage Titles + 1 Deep Cut "Wildcard" + 1 Single. A fun mix of big names and easy-listening discoveries.
The Swag: Even our budget box includes a Tote Bag and a collectable from the golden age of music and pop culture.
Curation & Selection
Each box is thoughtfully curated as part of the mystery experience. We welcome you to share genre preferences as these help guide our choices, but we can’t promise specific artists, albums, or eras.
Selections are put together with an ear for balance, flow, and what’s sounding great from current stock at the time of packing. The goal is to introduce records that sit naturally within your taste while keeping the element of discovery alive.
You might receive a mix of familiar names, overlooked gems, or artists connected to what you’ve mentioned. While we always listen to requests, exact matches aren’t guaranteed.
What if I receive a record I already own?
It’s unlikely - we curate carefully and do our best to avoid duplicates.
If you have a large collection (most people do), there’s no need to list everything. You can use the optional notes box on the product page to flag any specific albums or artists you already own, and we’ll take that into account when curating your pack.
We also keep a record of what’s been sent in every order. If you return for another box, we actively check against your previous deliveries and curate with that in mind to avoid repeats. Our aim is to build variety over time, not send the same records again.
A £5 duplicate exchange fee applies for vinyls to cover return postage and handling, and we’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Merch - Vinyl Replacement Offer - Returning Customers Only
For returning customers, selected merch items are replaced with an additional 12" or 7" singles, the amount depends on the Mystery Box Category.
This allows us to prioritise more music for repeat orders while maintaining the same level of curation.
Shipping & Returns
How are the records packaged?
We use professional-grade vinyl mailers with stiffeners to ensure your records (and your merch!) arrive safe, sound, and corner-ding free.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your spins.
Damaged/Faulty: If a record arrives damaged or plays significantly below our VG grading, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can put it right.
Change of Mind: You have 14 days to return items if you change your mind. Please note: For Mystery Boxes, we can only accept returns if the box remains unopened and sealed. Once opened, the mystery is revealed and we cannot accept returns simply because the music isn't to your taste.

UK Delivery
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, complimentary on all orders.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Next Day Delivery is available for £5.95 on orders placed before 12:00pm (midday).
Dispatch Information
Standard Delivery
Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Next Day Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm are dispatched on the next working day.
International delivery
We ship internationally using tracked services.
Europe: £15.95 · 5–7 business days

Is shipping tracked?
Yes. All orders are sent using tracked services, and tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Customs & import charges
For international orders, local customs or import charges may apply. These are set by your local authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Changing your delivery address
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
