UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: FREE on all orders. Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch).

• Next Day Delivery: Available for £6.95 on orders placed before 12:00pm (midday).

Dispatch Schedule

• Standard Delivery: Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

• Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00pm are dispatched the next working day.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide using fully tracked services:

• Republic of Ireland: £10.95 (3–5 business days) · 

• Europe: £15.95 (5–7 business days) · 

• Rest of the World: £34.95 (6–7 business days)

How are the records packaged?

We use professional-grade vinyl mailers with internal stiffeners to ensure your records and merchandise arrive safe, sound, and completely corner-ding free.

Is my shipping tracked?

Yes. All orders are sent using fully tracked services. Your tracking details will be automatically emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

When will my order be dispatched?

Depending on when you order, packages are dispatched on our next scheduled shipping day (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). Next Day orders are processed daily if placed before midday.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it for you.

My delivery is delayed—what should I do?

If your order is delayed past its expected delivery window, get in touch with us and we’ll look into it for you immediately.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your spins, but due to the curated nature of our packs, specific terms apply:

• Damaged/Faulty: If a record arrives damaged or plays significantly below its stated grade, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can put it right.

• Change of Mind: You have 14 days from delivery to return items.

• The Mystery Rule: For our Mystery Boxes, we can only accept returns if the pack remains unopened and sealed. Once opened, the mystery is revealed and we cannot accept returns simply because the music isn't to your taste.
